Thank you for your interest in joining the British Columbia Humanist Association. The BCHA is an independent, non-partisan, registered charity that provides a community and a voice for humanists, atheists, agnostics and the non-religious of British Columbia.
As a registered charity, we are funded entirely by donations from individuals who share our vision for a world based on reason and compassion.
Member Benefits
By becoming a member, you have the unique opportunity to support the BCHA financially and be actively involved in the inner workings of our organization. Members are invited to our general meetings, where they will have voting rights. In addition, as a member, you can also vote for our Board of Directors during elections.
Other perks:
- Personalized invitations to our events and events hosted by our partners across BC
- Opportunities to support campaigns for secular and progressive values
- Membership fees are tax-deductible
Plus, you will have the knowledge and satisfaction of knowing you play an integral part in growing the humanist community in BC!
Membership Costs
The minimum membership fees are $10 annually or $3 monthly.
Members can choose their donation level when joining. Because we are funded entirely by donations, we encourage contributions above the minimum amount.
