New BCHA publications on government prayer in eurel

The BCHA has two new publications in eurel on municipal and legislative prayers in Canada.

eurel (EUrope - RELigion) provides sociological and legal data on religions in Europe and beyond. It is supported by DRES - Droit, religion, entreprise et société, research unit of the CNRS (French national research center) and the Université de Strasbourg, and the GSRL - Groupe Sociétés, Religions, Laïcités (CNRS / Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes).

Based on our previous work on the subjects, our Research Coordinator, Dr Teale Phelps Bondaroff, was invited to provide articles on government prayers in Canada.
