Scientology. Multi level marketing. QAnon. Although the beliefs and focus of these groups vary, their tactics reveal they have one thing in common—they're all cults.

On Thursday, November 19 at 5 p.m., prepare to be lead through the secrets, lies, and group psychology of some of the biggest cults both past and present.

Our speaker, Matthew Remski, is a survivor of two cults whose work has been pivotal in illuminating the culture of sexual abuse in yoga cults and the shadows of globalized yoga and Buddhism. Remski also teaches yoga and is the author of more than half a dozen books of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction.
