Winter Relief Coat and Clothing Drive

Being homeless in winter can become a life or death situation. As shelters open their doors in response to the weather, they are often under pressure to supply essentials to care for the needs of their guests. In a response of compassion, we kindly ask your assistance in collecting the following item to be donated to Directions Youth Services, a local secular youth shelter.

  • Outdoor winter apparel: Coats, gloves, scarfs, toques, long johns, sweaters
  • New socks, underwear, bralettes, camisoles/undershirt
  • New person hygiene products like toothbrushes, tooth paste, deodorants, mini soaps, hand sanitizer, shampoos/conditions
  • Winter shoes/boots

Everyone wants to feel dignified. Personal care while living on the street is real challenge. A donation of new and gently used goods makes an awful situation a little more bearable.

Event Details: Drop off locations to be announced shorty.
