Secularism in Local Governance

We need your help with our latest research project.

In 2015, the Supreme Court of Canada unequivocally found prayers at municipal councils to be unconstitutional. Nevertheless, we know towns across British Columbia began their 2018 inaugural sessions with religious invocations. Now we want to survey municipalities across the entire country.
