  • be a member of the BCHA for 6 months prior to the election (ie since Nov 6, 2016), a lapse in membership in the past six months is not counted against a your eligibility;

  • not been convicted of an offence in connection with the promotion, formation, or management of a corporation or unincorporated entity, or of an offence involved fraud, unless the court orders otherwise, five years have elapsed since any fine, imprisonment or probation, or a pardon was granted.

Josie Timewell

My name is Josie Timewell and I have been a member of the BC Humanists for about four years. I was a teacher at both secondary and elementary level for over thirty years, and, now retired, I volunteer at VanDusen Gardens, at the Writers Exchange and for the Cat Sanctuary in Richmond. I hope to serve on the board of the BC Humanists, in order to support democracy and the rights of human beings, and all living things.
