Remembering Chris Cook

Glenn Hardie shares the following update.

It is with regret that I report the death of Chris Cook, a former short-term BCHA member and life-long free-thinker. I first met Chris about 50 years ago, when we shared lodgings in Dunbar.

Chris lived in Nanaimo for the last 40 years so he was seldom able to attend our meetings. Before retirement, he was the credit manager for the Nanaimo Credit Union, Sadly, his health began to fail and latterly he was confined to a wheelchair in an assisted living facility. Last Thursday, he suffered a stroke from which he did not recover.
